• It's now possible to choose participants to verify their identity via BankID. Only available in Sweden. Read more about surveys here

• You can now send a comment to a survey participant. Comments can be sent via the app, SMS or email. 

• As per today logged in agents are now available agents. It will be displayed in comparison with how many are logged in, e.g. 7/10, meaning 7 available of 10 logged in agents
