Activate caller ID to show who is calling when you have the contact saved in the app but not in your phone's local contacts

Follow these steps

1. In your iPhone, tap "Settings"
2. Scroll down and tap Easy Teams
3. Toggle on "Contacts"
4. Tap "Notifications"
5. Toggle "Allow notifications"
6. Go back to Settings
7. Tap "Phone"
8. Tap "Call blocking & Identification"
9. Toggle Easy Teams and make sure it's at the top (Tap "Edit" to change the order)
