Activate a new SIM card

Open the menu to activate a new SIM card

Click SETTINGS_GEAR.svg -> Organization Settings -> Account -> Subs

To be able to activate a new SIM card, you need to be an account owner or have the permission account.

Activate a new SIM card

  1. Under Subscriptions, expand EXPAND_RIGHT_GRADIENT.svg Subs mobile
  2. Go to the user/number in question
  3. Under the SIM section, click on CROSS.svg
  4. Fill in the new SIM ICC number (20 digits)
  5. Click Save

Now you can ask the user to switch to the new SIM card in their phone. Sometimes the activation can take a few minutes. If it doesn't kick in, please try restarting the phone.
