Open the menu to activate a new SIM card
Click -> Organization Settings -> Account -> Subs
To be able to activate a new SIM card, you need to be an account owner or have the permission account.
Activate a new SIM card
- Under Subscriptions, expand Subs mobile
- Go to the user/number in question
- Under the SIM section, click on
- Fill in the new SIM ICC number (20 digits)
- Click Save
Now you can ask the user to switch to the new SIM card in their phone. Sometimes the activation can take a few minutes. If it doesn't kick in, please try restarting the phone.
