Open the menu to change data package
Click -> Organization Settings -> Account -> Subs
In order to upgrade your or another users data package you need to be an account owner or have the permission account.
Change data package
- Under Subscriptions, expand Subs Mobile
- Go to the user/number in question
- Expand Call Rate & Data
- Select the data package you wish to upgrade to
- Click Save
