What's new?

  • How many times have you said you’re going to do something, only to completely forget about it? Once, five, or five hundred times? This is an everyday reality for many of us as we juggle phone calls, chats, and chatty coworkers.

With Conversation Intelligence, that’s a thing of the past. Thanks to AI, NLP, and other cool stuff, we can now record calls, transcribe them, and summarize them for you!

After each call, you’ll get a summary right in your call log, which is also searchable (for when you’ve forgotten the conversation).

CI is available for both individual users and call groups, and we’re convinced this is our biggest productivity booster ever!

CI is an add-on service that you can read more about here (coming soon).
  • As part of our product vision to integrate UCaaS¹, CCaaS², and AI, we’re proud to present the first version of Contact Center in Lynes!

You can now manage tickets directly in the app. In our initial release, tickets (or “cases,” as they’re called in English) can come from the following channels:
    • Chat
    • Answer groups (phone calls)
In addition, you can now activate a web widget to offer chat as an option for your customers on your website.

¹: Unified Communication As A Service
²: Contact Center As A Service
  • Just like Uncle Ben told Spider-Man: “With great power comes great responsibility”

That’s exactly what AI is—a great power. Depending on the nature of your business, the ability to use AI might vary. That’s why we’ve made it possible for you to control AI usage in the app.
  • Sometimes people write in Swedish, and sometimes someone uses English. Don’t worry! Now you can translate chat messages directly in the app with just one click!
  • Tired of spending time crafting well-written messages? Our developers feel the same way. Now you can type a message and then click “revise” to make the text, for example, more formal, longer, or sound more like Snoop Dogg.

This is the text above—Snoop Doggified:

Yo, you tired of wastin' time craftin' them well-formulated messages, homie? Our developers feel ya, fo' sho'. Now you can just drop a message and hit "revise" to flip it up, make it more formal, stretch it out, or give it that Snoop Dogg flavor, ya dig? Peace out

Fixes & changes

  • Eureka! You can now control mobile notifications through your activity status.

It's incredibly convenient to turn off mobile notifications when your status is set to "Available" and you're sitting in front of your computer. After all, what do you really need mobile notifications for in that case?
  • If you’re reading this and feeling that life is a bit easier today compared to yesterday, we know why.

We’ve tweaked, adjusted, changed, and improved a few little things. Those things you didn’t know you were missing in life, we’ve now given you.

So take a moment to enjoy it—because now the wind is at your back and it’s all downhill from here!
