In the app you can share your calls from your own log. When you share a call to a chat or channel, they will be able to call the caller back directly from the chat.

How to share a call

From your own log:

• 1. Click on the call you want to share
  2. Click
  3. Choose whether you want to share via chat or SMS
  4. Add a comment if needed
  5. Type the name on the colleague, team or channel to which you want to share it
  6. Toggle include call recording if you want to share it (optional)
  7. Toggle include Voicemail transcription (optional)
  8. Toggle if you want to schedule the send time (optional)
  9. Select send time (optional)
  10. Click share

To share via SMS, you must have permission to send System SMS.
