Open Settings

To access your settings, go to Personal Settings → Appearance → Visual Style.

Here you can adjust the app theme, scale the interface, change how colleagues’ activity is shown, and configure the Quick Navigator.

Visual Style

Under Visual Style, choose which theme you want to use in the app.

Theme (dark, light, automatic)

You can switch between three themes:

  1. Automatic – follows your operating system settings
  2. Light – classic light view
  3. Dark – enables dark mode

Scaling

Use the sliders to adjust how the app scales on mobile and desktop.

Perfect if, for example, you want a compact view on mobile but a more detailed view on desktop.

Quick Navigator

You can now choose exactly what should appear in the Quick Navigator—and also jump directly to the right response group.

You can have separate settings for mobile and desktop, so everything works the way you want regardless of where you’re working from.

Go to Personal Settings → Appearance → Visual Style → Quick Navigator.

Here you can:

  • Enable or disable the quick navigation button
  • Choose whether chat channels, response groups, and main tabs should be included
  • Set different display options for mobile and desktop

Main Tabs

In the Main Tabs for Desktop section, choose which tabs should be shown in the app.

You can also decide that mobile and desktop should show different tabs—for example, fewer tabs on mobile for a simpler view.

Examples of main tabs:

  • Contacts
  • Telephony
  • Chat
  • Email
  • Calendar
  • Contact Center
  • Analytics
  • Portal

You can also choose whether organization settings should always be visible.

Tabs you hide don’t disappear completely—you can always find them using the Quick Navigator.

This applies to both hidden and visible tabs, making it easy to jump to any view without changing your main tab settings.

User Activity

It’s now easier to understand colleagues’ status.

Each user can choose how detailed the information should be—and have separate settings for mobile and desktop.

Simplified Mode

Shows only whether colleagues are active or not (green/red).

Advanced Mode

Shows a more detailed view with:

  • Green: The user is available and active in the app
  • Yellow: The user is available but not active in the app
  • Gray: The user is available but does not have the app running (offline)
  • Red: The user is busy; whether the user is active in the app will not be shown

You can also choose to hide “last seen” if you want.

You’ll find all these settings under Personal Settings → Appearance → Visual Style → User Activity.

Language, Date, and Time

Here you can change the app language, date format, and how phone numbers are displayed.

  • The language selection applies to mobile, desktop, and the web app.
  • You can set date and time manually or automatically.
  • Under Phone Numbers, choose whether to display the country code (e.g., +46).
