Who can activate the add-in?

  • All users

 

Install and activate the Outlook add-in and book a conference via Outlook. 

When installed you will get all the necessary information included in the invite, such as links and phone numbers. 

Install the Outlook add-in

    1. Open Outlook
    2. Click on the Add-in button
    3. Search for "Addit"
    4. Click on install "Addit"
    1. Open Outlook (New Outlook)
    2. Click tools i the menu
    3. Click on get add-ins
    4. Click on add

Book a conference with the Outlook add-in

The Outlook add-in does not work from your mobile phone.

    1. Open a new event in Outlook
    2. Click on the "Addit" logo
    3. Click on insert a conference 
    4. Set time, etc. as usual before sending the invite

    2. Click on the "Addit" logo
    3. Click on insert a conference 
    4. Set time, etc as usual before sending the invite
