Create and schedule a conference

It is easy to create a conference. Follow these steps and you good to go. 

 

    1. Click PLUS_SMALL.svg
    2. Click on CALENDAR.svg New calendar event
    3. Give the conference a name
    4. Set start, end date & time
    5. Choose if the meeting should repeat or not
    6. Type in your description if needed e.g. an agenda for the conference
    7. Click include conference
    8. Type in a username, email or team to invited them
    9. Click save
