Try Conversation Intelligence for free to transcribe and analyze conversations.

Conversation Intelligence (CI) lets you transcribe conversations and analyze their content. You can now try the service for free .

You can activate a trial license for:

  • A specific user – all calls associated with the user are transcribed.
  • A response group – all calls to the group are transcribed.

Step 1 – Go to Organization Settings

  • Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the menu.
  • Select Organization Settings .
  • Click Business Account , then Options .

Step 2 – Try CI for a single user

  1. Click CI for Users .
  1. Select the user to test Conversation Intelligence.
  1. The system suggests a package based on the user's call volume.
  1. Click Volume Package .
  1. Select CI for Users – Trial .
  1. Click Create to activate the trial license.
  1. The CI for Users – Trial package includes 20 calls .

Step 3 – Try CI for a response group

  1. Click on CI for response groups .
  1. Select the response group to test Conversation Intelligence.
  1. The system suggests a package based on the group's call volume.
  1. Click Volume Package .
  1. Select CI for Answer Groups – Trial .
  1. Click Create to activate the trial license.
  1. The CI for Answer Groups – Trial package includes 50 calls .

Step 4 – What happens during the testing period?

  • When the call limit is reached, new calls will stop being transcribed.
  • All already transcribed conversations are still searchable .
