How to change data packages in Subs

To change your or a colleague's data package, you need to have Account permission or be the account owner.


Step 1 – Go to settings

  • At the bottom of the menu on the left, you will see an icon that looks like a gear.
  • Click on it to open Organization Settings .

Step 2 – Select Business Account

  • Click on Business Account .
  • Then select Subs in the menu.

Step 3 – Open mobile subscription

  • Under Subscriptions , click Subs mobile .
  • A list of all subscriptions in the company is displayed here.

Step 4 – Select user

  • Click on the name or phone number for which you want to change the data plan.

Step 5 – Go to Call Rates & Data

  • When the subscription opens, select the Call Rates & Data section.

Step 6 – Choose new data package

  • Now you will see a list of data packages, such as 1 GB, 5 GB, 20 GB, or unlimited data.
  • Select the package you want to switch to.
  • Click Save at the bottom and then Save again.

Clear!

The change is now saved and the data package is updated.
