Create a new operator (Telenor)
Step 1 – Create new operator
- Follow the steps in the Create Operator wizard.
Step 2 – Select Telenor
- Click on the operator Telenor .
- Select the Special MEX info option.
Step 3 – Enter Pilot user ID
- Fill in the Pilot user ID and click Save .
Note:
- Pilot user ID and P-Preferred-Identity are the same thing.
- Telenor uses a unique text string as Pilot user ID , example:
EF46798ST00000XYZ51243.
Manage operators for Tre
Step 1 – Add number
- After the Three operator is created, click on Mobile Number .
- Select Add Number and enter the special Billing ID mobile number from Three.
Step 2 – Set activation time
- Enter the desired activation time and click Save .
Important:
- The special mobile number must be added to each response group, IVR, and independent number to function properly.
