Internal calls in busy activity status

Handle incoming calls even when you are "Super-busy" to reach colleagues.

When you have an active activity status (e.g. “Super-busy”), you can choose whether or not to let calls from colleagues through. This allows you to be unavailable for external calls, but still be available for important internal calls.

  1. Go to your personal settings and select Activity Status. Create a new status or edit an existing one.
  1. Then scroll down to the Incoming Call Handling section.
  1. Toggle Calls from my organization: let through to allow colleagues to still reach you, even if other calls are blocked.
  1. (Optional) You can also choose to allow:
    1. Calls from VIP contacts
    1. Calls from your federation (e.g. collaborating organizations)
  1. Finish by saving the activity status.
