How to block a subscription

In this guide, we show you how to block a subscription.

Permission required: You need to have administrator privileges to access this feature. Contact your administrator if you do not have access.

1. Click the gear icon, then click Organization settings.

2. Click on Business Account .

3. Select Subs .

4. Click on the subscription you want to block.

5. Click on Locks .

6. Activate the blocks you want to use. You can block.
   • Incoming call

   • Outgoing calls

   • International calls

   • Premium, fun calls

   • Premium, information call

   • Roaming

7. Click Save .
